Monthly Board Meetings

Board meetings are open to all school participants and are held at the Ottawa Japanese Cultural Centre (OJCC) on the second Wednesday of every month during the school year at 7:30 PM.  Please bring any issues or suggestions to individual board members at the school or e-mail them to us using our contact form or our anonymous suggestion box so they can be raised at the meeting.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

All school participants and staff are encouraged to participate at the annual general meeting of the board, held at the school on the morning of the second last class of the year in May.  It is a great opportunity for everyone to voice their opinions, concerns, and feedback to help the board improve the school.  People interested to join the board may also give their name during the AGM.  To know the exact location and time, please refer to the Location and Calendar pages.
